MakeDash provides a website deployment platform that allows users to create, customize, and host websites on Cloudflare's global network. The service includes website hosting, custom domain support, SSL certificates, and analytics.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MakeDash cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MakeDash for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using MakeDash. MakeDash templates are licensed for use on the platform. The MakeDash name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

MakeDash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall MakeDash be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of MakeDash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
